GREAT DEAL FOR RETIREMENT:

Enjoy the peaceful, serene atmosphere in the farm.
The picture of “Masinloc_Cliff” is how the forest above the river beside our farm look like. Notice the RICH MANGO tree tops clustered at the foot of the forest?
Below the cliff is a river separating the forest and the farm.

It’s our family's farm land in Masinloc, Zambales with an area of 7 hectares,(70,000 swm) gently sloping to flat. Half encircling from northeast up to the north then down to southwest, bound by a river.
Very Fertile, Untenanted, unfarmed since 1984, hence it is considered it is back to its virgin and top fertile condition.
Our farm is approximately at the little small yellow mark

It had been unutilized, unfarmed since my Dad died in 1984, due to lack of capital and most of us are females; therefore it is very fertile and doesn’t need any fertilizer. It is beautifully set down the foot of the forest of Masinloc. Climate is warm to cool at night. Bamboos abound in the area to help you build a Nipa House. Ideal for planting trees like Mahogany, Gimena, Narra and fruit trees like Mangoes (bear fruit from 3 to 8 years waiting and bear fruit annually till over century old). Lanzones, and Longgan are also fruits usually for export next to Mangoes.
You can plant trees and wait eight to ten years to harvest logs, or Mango trees. You can plant a variety of fruits to harvest from three years to five years.
It is also an ideal place to plant rice and other root crops.
You can also have a ready terraces for a vegetable garden.

Location: at the foot of the virgin forest of Sta. Rita, Masinloc, Zambales, Philippines hence, it is safe from strong typhoon winds.
It is just one kilometer from the top of Sta Rita, Masinloc, Zambales.
It is near the Farm of the Mayor.

Prevailing Market Price is Php150.00 per sqm.
In case of Instalment Sale; Buyer may occupy the property upon 30% Down payment.
Down payment of 35% plus buyer’s bank loan approval is needed to process transfer of Ownership.
